The famous couple of Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra and actress Kiara Advani has been the focus of special attention of the Indian media for some time regarding their marriage.

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani kept their relationship a secret for a long time but in season 7 of Karan Johar's popular show 'Koffee With Karan' it was revealed that these two actors are not just good friends but their relationship is deeper.
According to a report in Indian media, the couple is set to tie the knot next week on February 6 at the five-star Hotel Suryagarh in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The report quoted a source as saying that the wedding ceremonies such as mehendi, haldi and sangeet will be held on February 4 and 5, while the wedding will take place on February 6.

Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan arrested and transferred to jail on one-day judicial remand

A local court in Mumbai has remanded Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan, in the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on a one-day remand in a drug trafficking case.

The NCB had asked the court to accept Aryan Khan's two-day demand, but the court has ordered him to be sent to jail on a one-day remand.

Along with Aryan Khan, two of his friends were also handed over to the NCB, while the court adjourned the case till Monday.

Shah Rukh Khan's son's lawyer told the court that his client had nothing to do with drug trafficking, he was only invited to the party.

The court has ordered Shah Rukh Khan's eldest son Aryan Khan to be handed over to the NCB for further investigation.

According to the Times of India, Aryan was taken into custody by the NCB last night after raiding a party on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai.

Kareena Kapoor, popularly known as Bollywood actress and Bebo, has revealed that she does not want her two sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jahangir Ali Khan to be actors.

According to Indian media reports, Kareena Kapoor in an interview talking about the future of her two sons said, "I do not want Taimur and Jahangir to become movie stars when they grow up."

"I would not want my two sons to be actors at all, but I would be happy if they chose a different field and I would fully support my sons," she added.

Leading Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, on the other hand, has advised his sons Ibrahim Ali Khan, Taimur Ali Khan and Jahangir Ali Khan that if they have to follow in his (my) footsteps in acting, they should be ashamed of their mistakes. Don't panic and learn from fellow actors.

Saif Ali Khan said that try to do good things, easy to say and difficult to do and mistakes certainly happen but the real thing is that we have to give something for the world we live in, my family If we choose the entertainment sector, then we have to make sure that it is entertainment.

It should be noted that Saif Ali Khan and his first wife Amrita Singh have two children Ibrahim Ali Khan and Sara Ali Khan, Sara who has started acting in Bollywood and they are very popular there but Ibrahim has not started his career yet.

One of the leading Sufi singers in the country, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan who is the nephew of the late (and still legendary) Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, is presently in the United Kingdom where he has received an honorary degree from Oxford University. The ceremony took place yesterday and the singer was presented with the degree of Doctor of Music, as announced by the university previously.

Prior to receiving the degree, RFAK said, “I am honoured to be accepting this degree from Oxford University, a world famous educational institution. This will be a very special day for not just me and my family but also for my fans who have shared this journey with me. To be presented with this honour is a massive achievement and I am happy that my music has allowed me to reach such incredible heights.”

RFAK will be performing at the Oxford Town Hall today (June 27) and the evening will feature qawwalis by the legend himself. The money generated through this performance will be used to enhance the Faculty of Music’s Sounds of South Asia series.

Oxford University has previously recognised the work of Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan by naming one of their prestigious music halls after the maestro. He carries the torch for a family (gharana), which has a rich cultural history and a heritage which includes over 600 years in Sufi and Qawwali music folklore.
